Attention should be paid to the facades of accommodation above some of the small shops. - in some cases they look unkempt and semi derelict - many of these are historical buildings they deserve some enhancement.

Local village Greens and open spaces are not shown on the proposals map and presumably are not covered by this protection - we believe it is important that these are included here, or clarification made of how local village greens and volunteer run play areas are supported and protected.

Concern is expressed about properties that suffer flooding because the flow of water is restricted by development further down the river system and rivers back up as flood plains are built on e.g. Farndon Fields estate.
