I just wanted to voice my concerns re the current and further development at Scraptoft.

There is inadequate infrastructure to support the current development let alone further development.

I live off Covert Lane and when I try to exit the lane at the roundabout junction with Church Hill and Scraptoft Lane, I often sit there for several minutes, due to the constant flow of traffic up Church Hill. This is the only road that provides access to Scraptoft and the A47 from the new development. I believe that Church Hill is an accident waiting to happen, especially when there is a service or other function at the Church.

I visited the new development at Beeby Road recently, it was 2pm so not a particularly busy time, but again trying to exit the development onto Beeby Road was not easy. I am pretty sure that there will be a road accident there before long, I think the exit off the estate is in the wrong place and should be approximately 100 yards further up the road away from Scraptoft.

I really do hope that I don't have to email you in the future and say "I told you so".
