This proposal is not sound as Keyham Lane West would need to be substantially upgraded to take all the new traffic created by such a large development. How feasible is this? The road would be used as a distributor road but already has two schools and a bus route and has recently had speed humps installed. The current traffic congestion would be increased massively.
