Due to the amount of housing already being built in Thurnby and Scraptoft at the moment, the primary school would need to be built IMMEDIATLY not after ANOTHER 300 houses. and as it would take years before it could operate as a full primary school NO further housing should be allowed until it was actually operational.
Building this school would NOT alleviate problems of senior school children and where they could go without extra travelling involved.
