The planned development will have a definite impact on local roads, especially the A5. This is already a dangerous road at certain times of the day particularly around the Wibtoft section. Further traffic will cause further congestion and accidents.
There will be an increase in pollution from lorries and additional commuting traffic as well as further light pollution.
Local wildlife and and vegetation will be adversely affected.
