I have specific concerns about the impact this significant development will have upon traffic on Station Lane/Rd and the small roundabout at Covert Lane junction.

1. Rush hour queuing regularly goes to the brook on Station Rd from the A47 and on occasion further up Station Lane beyond Pulford drive. What specific measures will be considered to aid the flow onto the A47 particularly at peak times.
2. The current zebra crossing over Covert Lane is too close to the junction and is unsafe to use. Traffic from the village swings left into Covert Lane without stopping where their vision is limited.
3. The roundabout needs enlarging to enable larger vehicles to navigate it safely. Currently any large vehicle entering the roundabout from Covert Lane turning left onto Station Lane has to swing wide onto the opposite side of the road against oncoming traffic.
