Representation Summary:

Scraptoft has been overly developed over the past 7 years. Reconsider your building plans.
- The status of the Nature Reserve needs to be kept.
- A sound Plan needs to take into account the measured traffic.
- Trees should be protected.
- Wildlife should be protected and encouraged.
- Pollution should be kept to a minimum.
- The countryside should be kept for future generations.
- increased traffic is already a problem and will only get worse.

I feel very strongly that this development has been proposed due to a lack of an up to date Strategic Plan for Scraptoft and that the developers - PARKERS - have seen an opportunity to make money due to this loophole. The "selling off/buying" Scraptoft Gold Course, which has been established for 80 years is a travesty!
Does no-one care for our heritage anymore?
The proposed development is NOT what the villagers of Scraptoft want, our wishes and needs have not been sufficiently taken into consideration. Scraptoft has been overly developed, by building new houses over the past 7 years, increased traffic is already a problem and will only get worse.
Please reconsider your building plans for future generations.
