The increased volume of traffic with the new development will cause detrimental effect on the whole community.
During the construction phase the heavy vehicles will cause significant disruption on the multi junction, winding road with parked vehicles and pedestrians. This already has vicious traffic calming measures.
Farm traffic will try to use the new access point and add to the disruption of the whole community.
The new 5.5m access road with two 2m footpaths needs to be positioned to minimise the direct impact on the 3 adjoining dwellings as they are in very close proximity.
