The 700000 sq m is solely the amount being requested by developers per recent planning applications and the planning policy should not be adjusted to suit developers.
Furthermore the current structure plan clearly states no further expansion of Magna Park and that there are adequate other suitable sites within the district.
Further expansion will severley increase traffic and pollution and already the A5 is almost impossible or too dangerous to cross due to high speed dense traffic
