Unemployment in the Harborough District is negligible. 60% of the Magna Park workforce already travels from outside the district. Substantial increase in commuting, further pressure on the area particularly on already overcrowded local roads/rat runs through villages. No adequate highway infrastructure. Not consistent with National Planning Framework with regard to rail freight access. Deprives other areas of Leicestershire of potential employment opportunities.
