What does this mean and what plans are in place to do so. The brook has not been maintained in the 20 years i have lived here and is needed to prevent the risk of flooding in the event of the development plan being adopted. There are already issues with the brook relating to flooding as a result of the recent development off Beeby Road. This needs to be addressed
