As a professional recently looking for work there was no high skilled, high paid jobs advertised within Magna Park most of the jobs where low skilled, low paid and temporary with gaps to fill these positions. Increasing the amount of capacity would only increase the amount of low skilled, low paid and temporary jobs and not increase the employment opportunities creating a greater gap and need to recruit from outside of the community
