During periods on intense rainfall Kingston Way and Burnmill Road often suffer from flooding which will be exacerbated by the new development on Burnmill Farm. The proposed flooding measures are not sufficient in our view to prevent this from occurring. In such cases the increased run off from the new development is likely to cause damage and reduce the social amenity of the existing development.
