Full text:

Kingston Way is a road that is already unaccessible at times in the winter and many residents have to resort to leaving their cars at the bottom of the hill or on Alvington Way. The width of the road at the moment causes problems as there are a number of cars parked curbside and
they make access very difficult . Add to this in excess of 200 more cars and
this road would become very hazardous particularly to the many elderly and
very young residents. There are no shops or other amenities close by so car
usage is very high. There are already 5 speed bumps on the road which indicated that traffic calming measures were necessary with the current volume of traffic let alone with all of the additional cars and delivery vehicles.
The access itself is directly outside my house where we have built a large double garage into the slope of the land. This is a significant slope so I would be very interested to know how this would be done with out both damage to my garage and affecting my ability to get off my own drive. I am also concerned that with my garage blocking my view to the new access road I will struggle to safely get off the drive anyway
