Full text:

Proposal is not sound as Scraptoft cannot cope with more traffic. Already problems at Peak times with traffic on Station Lane queing towards the A47 junction. This junction is already at capacity. It is not feasible that traffic from 1200 homes goes down Keyham Lane West as this is a narrow road with traffic calming introduced because of the schools along here. Children's lives will be put at risk if this is made a main thoroughafare. The Tesco roundabout is already a very busy junction. Scraptoft village has narow one way system which cannot cope with more traffic.
