Kingston Way is limited due to width of proposed access into development between 42 and 44. THe drive to 42 Kingston way is for 2 vehicles following the addition of a double garage to the property, additional Cars could park on road.. THere will also be a steep gradient between the two sites. Vehicular access is difficult in winter weather as they are unable to drive up resulting in cars being left lower down the road and on Alvington way. LCC 6c's state max 150 houses for single access road, already 60 dwellings in place.
