Representation Summary:

We note this site is to be further developed. As a neighbouring parish, Gilmorton already carries a significant amount of traffic to / from the site via Lutterworth Rd and Mill Lane. These roads, plus Kimcote Rd, have new housing developments approved, which will also increase the traffic movements. We are concerned that the cumulative effect of this development will exacerbate the overall traffic situation and would request that further details of proposed improvements are provided that address the concerns of local residents
