Wind turbines should not be permitted where they would visually affect the views of Lutterworth & particularly St Mary's Parish Church. from the south and east of the town.

Full text:

The term Lutterworth lowlands is a misnomer. Much of the land is in excess of 125 metres (40oft) above sea level and is one of the highest parts of the district.

Lutterworth parish church is Grade 1 listed & dominates the landscape The church is over 800 years old is clearly visible from the East (A4304) and particularly from the south &south west (A426 & A5).

The church is connected to John Wycliffe and his first English translation of the bible, it is important that wind turbines are not permitted if they would interfere with the views of this church.
