Regulation 19 - Proposed Draft Local Plan Submission

LLC ICB have been working closely with Harborough DC and Arups on the development of the draft local plan and IDP with regards to healthcare impacts and having read through the Draft Local Plan we are pleased to see our comments have been included. The DS05 Development Strategy - Supporting Strategic Infrastructure gives detail about your approach to S106 for health and suggests the potential to pool receipts (cumulative effects of development). The Strategic Estates & Planning Team are happy it represents and reflects discussions held and we look forward to continuing working with HDC.
