This plan should be completed quickly - it has already taken too long which now leaves the district open to speculative development because of the lack of a 5 yr land supply. How was this allowed to happen? The plan should have gone ahead before the last District Council Elections - during the previous administration

Do not always feel that Neighbourhood plans are used in decision making even when they fit with NPPF and local plan they can be overruled or important aspects ignored. There is too much emphasis on housing and not enough on rural employment when determining change of use
