There is considerable concern at the proposed development S2. This would extend the developed area around Scraptoft into the rural High Leicestershire landscape and encourage ongoing development towards Keyham and Hungarton.
Consider restricting this development to the remaining field south of Hall Farm and north of the recently built housing at Cowslip Lane.

We support the development but there is considerable concern regarding the road system and traffic management in this area. This must be resolved - development must be dependent on a functional traffic management plan across the area.

We support the aims of this proposal, however experience shows that smaller, more affordable homes are not popular with developers who prefer larger and more profitable construction.
