Option B represents a logical option for growth. Land to the north of Coventry Road at Woodbrig House Farm could complement this strategic option (see attached map). The soutern part of the site represents a logical extension to the Options B expansio option, being well related to the existing Magna Park area to the west. The land to the north of Coventry Road at Woodbrig Farm should be considered as additional expansion land under Strategic Distribution Option B.
