RE. DRAFT PROVISION FOR OPEN SPACE, SPORT AND RECREATION
I write further to your email of the 7 August 2015 regarding the above.
Having reviewed the draft document the Open Space standards proposed appear reasonable and comparable to equivalent standards used elsewhere. On that basis, I have no objections to make to the consultation.
You may be aware of the pre-application submission we have made in relation to a site at Overstone Park in Market Harborough. In further refining our proposal we will take on board the content of the draft open space consultation and where possible endeavour to meet both the current and emerging standards. From our initial work the site would appear capable of meeting both sets of standards, further reinforcing the suitability of the site as a location for development.

If you are having trouble using the system, please try our help guide.
