Whilst the Environment Agency is in support of Policy GI5, we would question whether bullet-points 3 - 6 in the Policy are correctly labelled or whether they are in fact sub-points of bullet-point 2 (and therefore should be roman numerals). This may have a knock-on effect of subsequent bullet-point labelling in the Policy.
