Representation ID: 58

Received: 06/11/2014

Respondent: Mr John Martin

Representation Summary:

A lack of response from a Statutory Consultee should not be taken as a "no objection". Only discreet words to the effect that the Consultee agrees with or objects to an application should be considered and if not received a repeat request should be made.
A lack of response from a Statutory Consultee should be made public knowledge at the application hearing.

Consultation draft Statement of Community Involvement

Representation ID: 112

Received: 21/11/2014

Respondent: LUBENHAM Parish Council

Representation Summary:

The headings of this section are unclear - are all sections consulted on everything or are only those listed under planning application consultees consulted on planning applications? This section needs to be much clearer as there is duplication - It appears that Parish and Town Councils and Parish Meetings s are excluded from consultations - please ensure that they are included

Consultation draft Statement of Community Involvement

Representation ID: 172

Received: 21/11/2014

Respondent: THURNBY AND BUSHBY Parish Council

Representation Summary:

There should be a section in future consultations allowing general comments. This could be addressed via a general comments/suggestions section at the end.
With regard to the current consultation, an 'Executive Summary' would have been helpful and it is hoped that this could be incorporated into future consultations.
Having just reviewed my responses before submitting, I note that the summary states 'rep made against....' - this could be understood as being statement against xxx. Some rethinking of wording is needed.
