The statement suggests that the density of housing should reflect the local circumstances but it does not seem to make any link to the aging population of our District and the need to provide bungalows for those who do not need supported accommodation but often need to downsize.
this only appears in rural exception sites. There does not appear to be any assessment of the number of single occupancy units compared to family units.
