Harborough Local Plan 2011-2031, Proposed Submission

Representation ID: 5498

Received: 30/10/2017

Respondent: Mrs Elaine Derrick

Representation Summary:

Sound /Support. It is vital that communities which have had ,or are due to have ,substantial new development are supported by commensurate facilities with adequate capacity such as Doctors surgeries, schools and other community facilities. These need to be in place before new developments take place, otherwise existing residents are severely penalised.
Thurnby and Bushby have significant existing pressure on their Community facilities due to both large scale new development and also because residents from the City and from other other out of catchment locations are taking up places in the village schools etc.
