Respondent: THURNBY AND BUSHBY Parish Council

Representation Summary:

Para 4.3 gives a clear indication of Harborough District's intention to encourage responses from key consultees, including Parish/Town Councils and Parish Meetings. The list is sufficiently exhaustive and provides generic categories within which individuals, groups or organisations would fit. However, in order to ensure that all are consulted, HDC will need to ensure that it maintains and updates an accurate database. In addition, there needs to be cross referencing within Appendix A, which clarifies the position of Parish/Town Councils and Parish Meetings as consultees.
