I welcome this development 100% if commercial gain is secondary to getting it right for this part of south west Leicestershire. Lutterworth would benefit from the removal of "bulky" traffic from it's thoroughfare as long as "free parking" is provided to ensure the towns high streets are diverted past. I moved to Lutterworth (but now live in Ullesthorpe) because of its appeal as a small market town and that should be its identity, even as it grows to become a laregr market town. Additional thought should be given to the provision of central sports facilities.
